Only active parent agents and their sub users on GamaRooms.com are suitable to enter into a legal agreement, may use GamaWault for transactions in account’s allotted base currency denominations only.
No individual or entity shall misrepresent its identity, ownership, nature of business information or other such information required to enforce any laws and regulations, intentionally or accidentally, and wrongfully use GamaWault. Agents shall be liable for all misrepresentations and/or wrongful usage of service in violations to these terms and conditions and/or the applicable laws and guidelines issued by the competent authorities.
GamaRooms.com reserves the right to deny, suspend and terminate services at its discretion to an otherwise eligible agent, with or without prior notice in any form, if it suspects, to believe that any of the terms, rules, laws, regulations and guidelines are in violation by the agent.

Eligible agents will get automatically signed up for GamaWault on GamaRooms.com Upon activation.
All active Sub-User under a Parent Agent would have full access to Parent Agent’s GamaWault for all booking transactions and would have rights to add and/or withdraw funds from the Parent Agent's wault.
GamaRooms.com may ask for additional documents or information against usage of GamaWault. Any information provided for the usage of GamaWault must be true and the agent shall be liable for all accidental or intentional false representations.

The GamaWault top up is a security deposit for use against future service(s); it will be refunded if not used.
Agents may top-up GamaWault using Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer & Cash / Cheque Deposit at Bank.
The time taken to reflect usable balance on GamaWault may vary depending on the type of the payment mode used for top-up.
By using payment modes like Debit Card, Credit Card, etc., on GamaRooms.com account, an agent authorizes GamaRooms.com to debit those accounts to top-up the GamaWault.

GamaWault can be used for purchase of services on GamaRooms.com portal only.
Usage of GamaWault is allowed only for Current or future transactions (Hotel / Sightseeing / Transfer services) on GamaRooms.com from their respective account.
Usage of GamaWault balance to settle past or current outstanding dues by the Parent agent or their subuser(s) is not permitted.

No Cash Withdrawal is permitted from GamaWault
GamaRooms.com reserves the rights to set various limits like per transaction, daily, weekly and monthly transaction value, volume and frequency.
GamaRooms.com shall debit the agent’s wault balance immediately upon initiation of refund request received from the said agent.
Fund Transfer from one GamaWault account to another GamaWault account is NOT allowed.
Agent shall acknowledge that GamaRooms.com has no information to verify the intended recipient of the refund transfer and shall be indemnified by the transferor of any legal or financial liability arising out of such refund transfer, whatsoever.
Agent is solely liable for providing accurate information of the payment mode or account. GamaRooms.com shall not be responsible for any errors in the account identifiers or other codes specified to identify the transferee’s account.

GamaRoom employs reasonable technology and systems to guard access to agent’s accounts and information. However, agent acknowledges that he is solely responsible for protecting account information and that GamaRooms.com is providing authentication, authorization and access control services for agent’s information on a best effort basis and that agent cannot hold GamaRooms.com or any of its associates or affiliates responsible for any compromise, loss, theft or damage to such information, irrespective of the cause.
GamaRooms.com may deny access to Agent’s accounts maintained with it, if it suspects or has reasonable doubt to suspect or if so instructed by competent regulatory or legal authority or upon its sole assessment of risk, abuse and non-compliant activities associated with such account.
Agent indemnifies GamaRooms.com of any consequences whatsoever arising out of mistaken identity and/or compromised access irrespective of the reason for such a compromise or vulnerability.

To the extent permitted under Applicable Laws, GamaRooms.com may at its sole discretion close or wind up any GamaWault Services or amend any of its features without notice to its agent's.
Agent hereby agrees that, upon any closure or winding up of the GamaWault Services, any credit balance in GamaWault would be transferred to their Available Credit Balance.

Agents shall not use any products or services of GamaRooms.com to commit, aid, support or conceal any fraudulent, criminal, illegal, prohibited or objectionable activity whatsoever.
Agent shall bring to the notice of GamaRooms.com email to GamaWault@gamarooms.com of any violations of these terms and conditions or any suspicious activity as and when he becomes aware of it.
Agent shall acknowledge the risks associated with electronic financial transactions and shall use all such services offered by Gamarooms.com at his own risk.
Agent shall, in all circumstances, accept full responsibility for the use of his GamaWault, whether or not processed with his knowledge or authority, expressed or implied.
Agents shall keep sensitive information like passwords and various authentication and authorization codes safely away from reach of any other person or entity.
Agents shall be aware of the risks associated with sharing sensitive information and shall be solely liable for any consequences of intentional or inadvertent sharing of personal or sensitive information.
Agents shall hold GamaRooms.com indemnified and harmless for its actions in good faith and in the normal course of business based on transactions.

In case of a booking cancellation transaction, used to voucher a particular booking (post deduction of cancellation charges will apply if any as per the booking policy) in said agents
If GamaRooms.com receives Chargeback request from the payment gateway company, in that case GamaRooms.com reserves the right to debit agent’s wault balance upto the equivalent chargeback request amount.
In case of fund withdrawal from wault balance, refund will be made in the same mode of payment in which GamaRooms.com has received these funds. And accordingly may charge payment gateway / bank transfers fees.
